The Guangdong Association of Bankruptcy Administrators (“GDABA”) was established on September 15, 2020. It is dedicated to providing services to bankruptcy administrators in Guangdong Province, China, and is a non-profit, industrial social organization. GDABA operates under the guidance and supervision of the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court. Its members include registered administrators of bankruptcy cases in the provincial courts and individuals, municipal insolvency representatives' associations, other professional service institutions, research institutions, investment institutions and other units and individuals related to bankruptcy industry. It is an industrial and non-profit social organization that provides services for the bankruptcy administrators in the Guangdong Province, China, and conducts self-regulatory management for the industry.

GDABA's purpose is to:
1.             Regulate bankruptcy administrators provincially.
2.             Represent member demands and foster exchanges.
3.             Enhance fair and efficient handling of bankruptcy cases.
4.             Collaborate with courts and administrative bodies.
5.             Support market entity withdrawal mechanisms and optimize the business environment.
