The panel will discuss the available rescue financing tools across jurisdictions and analyses their effectiveness. It will explore the relatively new Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) financing regime in Singapore, the first of its kind in Asia, in comparison with its more established US counterpart. Additionally, panel will discuss the role DIP financing can play in various commercial scenarios and transactions.
