INSOL International's mission is to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas. Our goals are to provide a leadership role in international educational matters relating to turnaround and insolvency and to assist in developing cross-border insolvency policies, international codes and best practice guides.
With these aims in mind INSOL International, along with The World Bank, established the Africa Round Table to provide a platform for high level dialogue on insolvency reform in Africa.
In the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, INSOL International working with Hawkamah, The Institute for Corporate Governance, together with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and The World Bank has established a regional forum on insolvency reform to share international and regional best practice experiences.
Through these projects INSOL International aims to assist the profession globally by achieving our stated goals above.
INSOL International also has a number of other Focus Groups across a wide range of specialisations, details of which can be found in the subsections below:
INSOL Future Leaders Programme
Our members have spoken, and INSOL International has listened. There is a great appetite for INSOL International to enhance our member experience for younger practitioners – creating exclusive learning and networking opportunities to develop their careers and build their global practice.
The programme was launched earlier this year, and it has been very well received by the attendees and been a successful programme. The presentation ceremony will be in January 2024.
We are therefore very excited to present the programme once again in 2024 in Asia, Africa, Offshore and Latin America regions with a choice of locations in each.
