The Serbian Association for Bankruptcy Law  (SBLA) (original: Udruzenje za stecajno parvo) is a professional, non-profit organization, founded in 2022 in the Republic of Serbia, in which bankruptcy law devotees, employees in higher education institutions, state enterprises and private enterprises, valuable entities, chambers of commerce, commercial courts, institutes and other organizations.

The Association creates its activities with the aim of improving and promoting bankruptcy and related branches of law and their application in practice. A prerequisite for their creation is a close connection between theory and practice, so the SBLA strives to create cooperation with other related associations, organizations and institutions.

Establishing and strengthening cooperation among bankruptcy law professionals in the country and abroad is an important mission of the Association. All this is done in order to spread the idea of the importance of bankruptcy and related rights for the economic development of the country.
