Vicki is a barrister at the Victorian Bar in Melbourne, Australia. She has a commercial practice with a specialisation in corporate insolvency and reconstruction. Vicki regularly acts for secured lenders and insolvency practitioners, as well as for corporate clients in an advisory capacity.  Some of her larger matters include acting for the Receivers and Managers of the Great Southern Group; advising Elders Ltd in relation to the restructuring of its forestry business and advising various international automotive manufacturers regarding the restructuring of their Australian-based subsidiaries. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Monash University, a Masters of Law from Melbourne University and a Diploma of Financial Markets from FINSIA.  She also lectures the Juris Doctor program at Monash University teaching Principles of Corporations Law.
