Our members have spoken, and INSOL International has listened. There is a great appetite for INSOL International to enhance our member experience for younger practitioners – creating exclusive learning and networking opportunities to develop their careers and build their global practice. 

INSOL International would like to thank the hosts and speakers for their support and assistance with the delivery of this programme. 

We are very excited to present the Future Leaders Programme once again for 2025.  This programme is to enhance our member experience for younger practitioners – creating exclusive learning and networking opportunities to develop their careers and build their global practice. 

In 2025 the programme will commence at the beginning of March and be delivered in the following countries:

Africa: Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa

Latin America: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico

Asia: Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore

Offshore: Bermuda

The programme is free to attend* and consist of four sessions across the annual calendar. Successful applicants should attend all four sessions to be awarded a certificate of participation upon completion, along with free INSOL International Membership for a period of three years. 

We invite practitioners who are 4-7 years PQE to apply to be part of this programme. 

*Delegates will be responsible for their travel arrangements and expenses to attend the programme.
