The Asian Advisory Council was established to work closely with the Asia Hub, to assist the Hub in forging closer and deeper partnerships and collaborations for INSOL in Asia and advancing INSOL International’s leadership and impact on law and policy reform and capacity building in the years ahead. Council members provide up to date on the ground information on developments in Council members’ respective jurisdictions.
The Council is widely represented by a variety of insolvency and restructuring professions and external organisations from across Asia. The enormous breadth of experience that the Council brings to the table serves to ensure that the region’s specific requirements and issues are addressed through building and strengthening connections between practitioners and with other organisations, stakeholders, and regional governments as well as in steering the direction of Asia Hub and developing initiatives that provide value to members.
