R3 is the trade association representing restructuring, turnaround and insolvency professionals across the UK.

Our 3,200 members include insolvency practitioners and their teams, restructuring and turnaround specialists, lawyers, barristers, valuers, insurers, bankers and others who work supporting the profession. From new professionals through to senior members of the profession we are there to support our members at every stage of their careers.
Our vision is to be the thriving association at the heart of an effective, respected and world leading restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession. Championing, supporting, developing and bringing together members at every stage of their career to raise standards, share knowledge and further expertise within the profession.

• Through our dedicated Training Academy we deliver expert training, by the profession for the profession, raising technical and ethical standards across the profession and promoting best practice.

Each year R3 delivers an unrivalled year-round program of events bringing together restructuring, turnaround and insolvency professionals of all levels of experience, and in firms of all sizes. During 2025 we welcomed over 6,000 attendees to 70+ events including conferences, specialist Forums, regional networks and events, lunches, dinners and technical briefings.
Our regular technical updates and guides assist members to fullfill their responsibilities, providing essential knowledge and technical and regulatory issues that impact on them and their firms.
