As part of INSOL’s virtual conference this year, the Mediation Colloquium produced two webinars looking at ADR as an Adjunct to the Courts – a view from the Bench. 

The webinars deal with arbitration, mediation, and facilitation, and the way in which these forms of ADR can be used in order to assist the Court in cross-border insolvency cases. How can Court and ADR processes best complement each other? What areas can benefit from ADR? How has the Court used ADR to assist it? And how would the Court like to use ADR as an adjunct in the future?
