Led by The Hon. James Michael Peck (International Judge, Singapore International Commercial Court) and The Hon. Paul Heath KC (Co-Chair, INSOL International ADR Focus Group), alongside the Registrar of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and leading practitioners, the session examined key issues including the threshold inquiry in disputed debt cases, the application of the SIAC Restructuring and Insolvency Arbitration Protocol, and the coordination of concurrent arbitration and insolvency proceedings to ensure procedural efficiency and finality.

The Judicial experience of cross-border insolvency
